Unclaimed Deposits

Few depositors of the bank have not claimed back their deposits. As per the Guiding Principles of RBI, here is the list of such unclaimed deposits.

Unclaimed Deposits Claim Process:

• Claim by self -
  Customer can visit the nearest branch of the bank with request letter (Annexure 1) and submit valid proof of identity, address & latest photograph. On verification branch shall arrange for activation of the account. The customer may also be required to submit such other documents as may be requested by Bank


• Claim by legal heir / nominee –
  In order to the claim deposit, the legal heir/nominee can visit the nearest branch of the bank and submit the required documents which are required for settlement of claims in case of deceased depositor.


• Claim by non-individuals –
  In case of claim in respect of non-individual accounts, the customer/claimant needs to submit the claim form (Annexure 1) on the company’s/Firm’s/Institution’s letter head duly signed by authrozed signatories along with their valid identity and address proof. The customer may also be required to submit such other documents as may be requested by Bank.
